Successfully Completed Certificate in Production Horticulture (Level 3) From Vivekananda Technical Centre.
Credit may be granted towards this qualification by those who have completed Certificate in Production Horticulture (Level 3) in Safe use us of agro Chemical or other relevant qualifications.
Upon successfully completing the course, the graduates are expected to develop skills and knowledge to:
- Identify market opportunity and develop their farm accordingly for profit.
- Identify soil fertility and solve issues related to soil and crop production.
- Communicate with confidence for information or marketing to different stakeholders for more support.
- Propagate the plants for true variety of crop for better quality fruit production.
- Develop a strategic business plan for the farm.
- Increase the shelf live to farm produce for high price.
- Identify the pests and diseases in the farm and manage to control the damages.
