- Spice significance in Fiji, including trade history, approved spices and import/export economic value.
- Climate and soil requirements, micro-climate management, and soil enhancement.
- Spice propagation techniques and planting material requirements.
- Intercultivation and seasonal spice crop management.
- Harvesting processes tailored to spice types.
- On-farm post-harvest processing techniques.
